Straub Court, located on 4th Avenue N., between 3rd and 4th Streets, is a contemporary urban community of 14 townhomes gathered around a central courtyard that opens up to the heart of downtown. It was completed in 2002. Once Straub Court was under way, it sparked a major renovation of the lovely Colony Apartments next door.
