Passionate About St. Petersburg

Loftsville's founding partners are passionate about downtowns in general and St. Petersburg's in particular.

Tim Clemmons is an architect and urban strategist who believes that St. Petersburg has the potential to become an exceptional urban neighborhood, on a par with Boston's Back Bay or San Francisco's Russian Hill. He lives downtown in a townhouse project he designed and co-developed, and is the principal of clemmonsArchitecture. His work can be seen throughout St. Petersburg, notably in the Arts Center at 719 Central Avenue.

Dar Webb developed her keen interest in the vitality of downtowns as publisher of two national urban magazines in the 1970s. In 1983, she co-founded Best Software and in 1991 her business' successful expansion brought her to this area. She fell in love with St. Petersburg and shares Tim's conviction that downtown St. Petersburg is a truly exciting community.
